This agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("Client") and Boost Wizard ("Company," "we," or "us"). By engaging our pay-per-click (PPC) advertising services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

To ensure a smooth and professional working relationship, we kindly ask you to review and agree to the following terms before we start working together.

At Boost Wizard, we craft tailored advertising strategies that align with your business goals. Our services include:

Every campaign is designed to maximize your advertising budget and help you achieve the best possible return on investment.

We believe in fair and transparent pricing to ensure mutual success.

Before starting work, we require a prepayment of up to 50% of the agreed project price for the first month. Subsequent payments follow the monthly billing cycle based on our agreement.

We understand that business needs can change. Here’s how our refund policy works:

Before the Campaign Launch: If, for any reason, you decide not to move forward before we launch your campaign, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your payment.

After the Campaign Launch: Since setting up a campaign involves significant time, effort, and resources, we cannot refund the first month’s payment once the campaign is live.

We value transparency and always ensure that every client fully understands the strategy before we proceed with the launch.

At Boost Wizard, we are committed to delivering exceptional ad strategies to help you achieve the best possible results. However, advertising outcomes depend on multiple factors, such as: industry competition, market demand, budget limitations.

Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee specific results. A higher budget allows for better testing and scaling opportunities, but we will always make the most of your available budget and optimize accordingly.

We do not offer free trials because our work begins as soon as you sign up. Once our team starts working on your campaign, including strategy development, competitor research, and ad content preparation, the subscription is considered active.

However, we understand that business priorities may shift. If you need to pause or cancel your subscription, we recommend reaching out to us in advance so we can discuss the best possible solution for your needs.

Either party can end our collaboration with a 30-day written notice. This allows both sides to wrap up any ongoing work and ensure a smooth transition.

If termination occurs, any outstanding payments for completed work will be due immediately.

We take your privacy seriously. Any sensitive business data or strategy details shared with Boost Wizard will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

All agreements with Boost Wizard are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
